Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. No shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. For any wax appointment I offer a 7- minute grace period. For any lash appointment I offer a 15- minute grace period. Please communicate with me if you are running late. If you arrive past your grace period we may need to cancel your appointment if there is not enough time to complete the service. If this is the case the 50% cancellation fee will be applied and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.
